Are you going shopping with your dog to a shopping mall? List of dog-friendly shopping centers.
First of all: before we take a dog shopping, let's think is it necessary. Shopping centers are usually cramped and crowded places, and being in such an environment does not give the dog even the slightest pleasure, on the contrary - it can be a source of stress. If we have no other option, otherwise we would have to leave the dog in a hot car, it is worth knowing which shopping center we will enter with the dog.
Individual shopping malls differ in terms of regulations. To some of them, only dogs wearing a muzzle and on a leash are allowed - this is the case, for example, in Galeria Bałtycka. Others provide dogs more freedom - it is enough for the pooch to walk on a leash. We will meet this friendlier approach in, for example, Hala Koszyki. However, the possibility of entering the mall with a dog does not mean that we will be able to shop in our favorite stores. Each store decides on its own approval to enter with a pet. The exception is Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław, where dog handlers can shop in over 100 stores!
Before leaving, it is worth contacting the shopping center and asking about the current position regarding the introduction of dogs. In practice, it sometimes clashes with the approach of security guards who have a more rigorous opinion about the dog's pay than the regulations or do not have it at all and are completely indifferent to the presence of dogs - boo your soul!
