return process 

You have 14 days to return it from the moment you receive the package. You can return products that do not have the original tag, provided that there are still no signs of use of the product. We have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the office to verify the return. We make every effort to ensure that the refund period is as short as possible!

  • In your order package you will receive a return form with detailed instructions on how to proceed step by step if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Please - fill out the form carefully, including the account number. This is necessary for the correct implementation of the return.   • DO NOT attach an invoice to the package with the statement and the returned product. It was sent in electronic form to an email address, so we have access to it in digital form.
  • You can send the package with the returned goods using the service  CONVENIENT RETURNS:

Self return

Fill out the return form (you will find it in the package or download it → return form), attach it to the shipment.

Send the parcel to the office address: Warsaw Dog ul. Myśliborska 53/210, 03-185 Warsaw.

If you want to return a product that comes with an engraving on a hanger - remove the hanger before sending the product back for return.

I want to exchange a product

We sew all products to order and we have no stock. Therefore, please return and order a new product.

I want to make a complaint about the product

  1. Place the product (s) you advertise in the package and fill it in form  and attach it to the package.
  2. Use the site, selecting the name WARSAW DOG from the list of stores and then following the instructions
  3. If the complaint is considered positively, we will refund the shipping costs.
  4. We will consider the complaint within 14 days.

We play fair, which is why our products are covered 2-year warranty. If you notice a defect - contact us. Send an email to and describe the situation. Please note that wear of the material (e.g. breaking of a buckle or tearing off the paint from the fittings) is not the basis for a complaint.
