Lead time and delivery

All products we sew to order, we do not have ready-made products in stock. If you need the product right away, have a look at partner stores.

We count full working days from the next working day. Example: Order placed on Monday 1.03. at 16:00 p.m., it starts running on Tuesday 2.03 March. and will be ready for pickup by courier between Thursday 4.03 and Tuesday 9.03.

Delivery time

The current declared order fulfillment time in our online store is 2 - 5 business days + delivery time. By working day we mean every day except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other non-working days. We sew our products for you after you place an order.

We execute orders on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are fair in that. Unfortunately, despite the most sincere intentions we cannot rush it execution of your order due to the applications of customers who placed the order before you. If only your order can be shipped earlier, you will surely receive an e-mail notification about the change of the order status from "in progress" to "completed".

We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible while maintaining all quality standards.

You can see the current order status after logging in to your account or checking the last e-mail from us [email protected]. If it says "Your order is being processed", it means that the order is still waiting to be sewn, packed or shipped :) If you can't find it, check your SPAM folder.

Sewing schedule

If the order consists of several products with different lead times, it will be processed on the date for the product with the longest lead time. In the event of random events (e.g. power failure, break in the supply chain or machine failure, etc.) that prevent the execution of the order on time, the completion date may be extended by the time necessary to remove the cause of the delay. Once your order has been sewn, you will receive an email notification to the email address provided when placing the order.

Free delivery

When we see you buying from us, we feel grateful and happy. We want to convey this wave of positive feelings to you, which is why we are giving you a change free delivery over PLN 300 (when paying in advance).

Delivery outside Poland

We send parcels worldwide via Poczta Polska. All parcels are shipped priority and have a tracking number to help you locate your parcel during international delivery. Parcels are sent collectively, once a week, usually on Fridays.
