Replacing the buckle will also help extend the life of a product with a broken tooth. After sewing in a new buckle (Duraflex brand, of course), the harness will continue to function, and you'll avoid having to buy new ones.
The service applies to opened products only from our brand.
Important information!
Products sent for repair must be clean. Sand, mud, fur, dust on hands are not allowed. If we receive a product that shows signs of dirt, we will send it back for re-cleaning.

The buckle in my pooch's harness broke after 4 years of use. I did not think that so much time has passed .. :) I sent back the harness and it quickly came back with a beautiful new buckle and rubber bands in the braces replaced <3 I recommend with the whole heart. We will come back :)

Wonderfully repaired buckle, like in the original from the very beginning and at an express pace, I had not even managed to look at the status of the shipment, and the repaired harness was already waiting in the parcel locker!!!! Mrs. Zosia, the scale of assessing the quality of the product and the repair service from 1-5 is not enough! The pressure-free harness in the photo, as you can see, used daily on walks by my Amsaffka, the buckle holds perfectly, the design of the harness protects strong dogs perfectly, they are great for the car.
