All products we sew to order, we do not have ready-made products in stock. If you need the product right away, have a look at partner stores.
Delivery time
The current stated order processing time in our online store is approximately 14 business days + shipping time. By business day, we mean every day except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other non-working days. We sew our products for you after you place your order. We count full business days from the next business day. For example, an order placed on Monday, March 1.03st, at 16:00 PM will begin shipping on Tuesday, March 2.03nd.
We execute orders on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are fair in that. Unfortunately, despite the most sincere intentions we cannot rush it execution of your order due to the applications of customers who placed the order before you. If only your order can be shipped earlier, you will surely receive an e-mail notification about the change of the order status from "in progress" to "completed".

We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible while maintaining all quality standards.
You can see the current order status after logging in to your account or checking the last e-mail from us [email protected]. If it says "Your order is being processed", it means that the order is still waiting to be sewn, packed or shipped :) If you cannot find the e-mail from the store, check your SPAM folder (especially if you have an e-mail account on o2.pl, interia. pl, yahoo.pl).
Sewing schedule
If the order consists of several products with different lead times, it will be processed on the date for the product with the longest lead time. In the event of random events (e.g. power failure, break in the supply chain or machine failure, etc.) that prevent the execution of the order on time, the completion date may be extended by the time necessary to remove the cause of the delay. Once your order has been sewn, you will receive an email notification to the email address provided when placing the order.

Free delivery
When we see you buying from us, we feel grateful and happy. We want to convey this wave of positive feelings to you, which is why we are giving you a change free delivery from PLN 200 via Orlen Paczki, and above PLN 300 – delivered by any chosen supplier. Both options are only available with advance payment.
Delivery outside Poland
We ship worldwide via Poczta Polska (Polish Post). All packages are shipped as priority mail and have a tracking number, which makes it easy to locate your package during international delivery. Packages are shipped collectively once a week, usually on Fridays. Within European Union member states, we also offer international courier delivery, the most common being DPD.
